Cuban Adjustment Act (passed in 1966) was an EASY pathway for Cubans but has changed to being a bit stricter. The girls should have explained to you Cubans get head of the line privilege. LOL There are several pathways to citizenship for immigrants but depending on what country they are immigrating from there are different requirements. Some countries like Cuba can use the asylum process and are giving papers to stay and a court date. As for how they can afford Apartment, house, car. All I know is immigrants can make a dollar go a long way, they work together and most not all of the Cuban dancers waste their money on alcohol or drugs.

Well I definitely know Cubans that still visit Cuba till this day and miss their family's but have no desire to go back. And isn't there a report that most asylum seekers come in under false intentions. The one Cuban women I did speak with said she got in via a work visa. Which has been expired for several months that might be the new game plan to get into the states purposely let your work visa expire. I do know the Cubans are ok living with each other so I can see that. But to get cars and apartments where those things require credit scores and background checks where it doesn't add up.

I got a dance from a white girl at wackos back in the day that said she was going to school to be a teacher. Earlier this year there was a little petite cutie at Sins who I haven't seen since sadly who said she was going to school to be a welder. It almost felt a bit nostalgic to hear they're "just doing this to get through college. " LOL. Of course times have changed, unless you're making extremely good money on the nightly, you're not paying tuition with simply $30 dances.

Ha ha! There was one that used to dance there for years talking about nursing school. I would listen to her yap about it just to pass the time. Occasionally, I'd say something to try and trip her up just to see how she recovers.

There were plenty of white girls (and black girls and mixed) working yesterday. Ofc this is the club notorious for no extras, but I haven't been back there for years till yesterday and it's definitely a lot cleaner and much more relaxed than Sins or DH, my other two preferred haunts. If you're looking for some beautiful, non-Latina-only scenery, that's the place.

Also, what's up with dancers asking if you're married? Do they not know that's an instant mood killer?

As you all know most clubs have latinas, it's almost a requirement. And I have talkedwith these girls and things don't add up. Like from them getting inside the country to them also having cars and apartments and houses. Cause I've talked to the latina dancers and most of them don't have papers. So I don't get how you can get a apartment with no credit score or work history. And I know dances can't be paying for everything on top ofthat they still send money to family. Like in so many ways it does not make sense. Cause I remember in the scene there was very latinas and the clubs just exploded with latinas every where.
