Actually yeah very true, I went to wackos on a Monday night and the entire club was latina at least 80 percent. And the funny thing it's not just wackos its sins, doll house, pinkys and even some clubs on the west side. When I say the latina take over is real it's real. Not to long ago there used to be more variety of women. But now the latina population in clubs is quickly growing. To be honest ice could shut down the whole scene in Jacksonville cause most of the dancers are latina and they don't got papers.

I was at Wackos over the weekend and talking to a guy about the good old days of strip clubs in Jax. (Silver Foxx, Gold Club, etc.).

He said "This place is one ICE raid away from being shut down."

I don't have a problem with them, but there's definitely been a change. I kinda get a kick out of hearing guys ***** about it.

I see from the forum that Sinsations and Wackos both have extras available. Which one is better in terms of privacy, cost, and quality. I used to hang out at the Pony years ago and I would love to find a place like that again, I'll be visiting in two weeks for three nights and I would really appreciate any information you can give me.

Wow! You mentioned the pony! Haven't heard that name in years! Use to love getting dances from Paula and her sister Stephanie! Pony VIP area was way more private than anything that left in Jax unfortunately. I prefer the dollhouse over Sins and that's because of the girls. DH girls are way more cool IMO and don't try to get one over on ya!

As for westside spots. None of the old clubs on McDuff are around anymore but I've had a good time during the day only at the old San Juan liquor. Forgot what it's called now but they have a pretty private dance area.

I got there about 8:30 pm on Monday night. The parking lot had about 6 cars in it (free parking) and I paid a $10 cover charge. The guy who took the cover charge asked if I had ever been here before and when I said "no", he said "it's $5 to get the girls naked on stage but there is absolutely no touching --and you have to buy at least one drink. " Okay, forewarned, I guess.

Anyway, I get into the club proper and there is a well-lit square-ish stage in the center of a fairly large room. With no one on it. There are female restrooms to the back on the right, males are on the back to the left and also on the left side of the room is the "bar" where all sort of non-alcoholic drinks are available. On the front side of the club, behind some two-person benches, is the lap dance area where there are cubbies with cushions, no privacy doors but dividers that go up over one's head -- all cubbies face outward to the main club and there is plexiglass on the hall walk way going back, so essentially anyone in the the main room can / could see your dances in the cubbies. It is a strange set up -- I think that if the club got rid of the plexiglass and just put solid wood up on the hallway, the privacy would be a lot better (but no one asked me).

I got a water for $4 plus 1 for tip to a large, but friendly man who gave me the water. The bathroom was large, no troll, and quite clean for a strip club. There were a total of three girls that I saw working: a not very attractive but helpful 30-ish blonde woman who directed me to the proper gender bathroom, another semi-attractive bespectacled dark haired late 20's girl-who was sitting with a customer on one of the benches the entire time I was there, and a very attractive dark skinned Hispanic 20's girl spinner with long flowing curly black hair, soft B-Cs that were natural, and a very nice butt, who was waiting for a customer to get his money out of the ATM to pay her. Nothing else was going on -- there wasn't even anyone I could give $5 to on the stage to get naked so I could NOT touch her! LOL!.

So, I sat at the bar with the large friendly man and we commiserated on how the NFL is so unpredictable this year as the Falcons were beating the Bills (I was sort of waiting for the Hispanic spinner to come by -- and she finally did. She said her name was Sophia and that she was from Cuba. She said that she usually works the 12:00 Noon to 6:00 pm shift and that she NEVER works at night but that the large friendly man (I guess he's the boss / manager) had asked her to come in tonight because he didn't have enough girls. We went and sat on the benches outside of the lap dance area and chatted. She had danced at the Doll House for about a year. We discussed her lap dances and type of dances that I like and came to an agreed price point that we both thought was fair. Unlike the experience at Sinsations where I felt totally hustled, Sophia was coy, but totally honest in her negotiations and we enjoyed a mutually satisfying experience.

By the way, I disagree with those reviewers who feel that this place physically is a "dump". I will submit that it's not as nice as Sinsations but it is a far cry from the skezzy pits in NJ or Akron, OH or Bridgeport CT. So if this is "low end", you mongers in Jacksonville have it pretty good.

In summary, I would totally recommend going in the daytime to see Sophia but were she not there this particular evening, I would have been totally bored out of my skull and could have watched the NFL at my hotel room just as easily. I guess the Doll House is just like the NFL -- totally unpredicable.

Visiting from out of town, I thought I'd try Sinsations for my afternoon in the JAX area. I can say that this wasn't my finest hour as I. Really got played and while I can't really call her a ROB, I'm going to describe what went down and you all can decide for yourselves.

First off, this club has a smallish free parking lot just off of the west side of Philips highway on the cross street of Emerson. There was a $7 cover charge for the day but there didn't seem to be a drink minimum (and since it was the middle of the afternoon, I would have only gotten water anyway). I sort of sidled up to the stage where a nice looking girl with long black straight hair, smaller B tits with pierced nipples and a very PAWG sort of bottom was dancing. I sat down and she said, it you tip, the clothing comes off. So I gave her $5 dollars (based on what others have reviewed is the "getting naked" price on stage dances) and sure enough, the bikini came over revealing a very nice appealing pussy and butthole that she was spreading inches away from my face. She said her name was Ryan / Rianne (sp? After the relatively brief show on stage, we went to the bar where she told me about the dances in the back.

I have to admit I was pretty stunned by her show and, since I was sort of pressed for time, I listened to her spiel. She said that there were $30 dances in the back common area and $50 in the "private area" but she charged $35 dollars for the $30 dollars dances. As I was thinking, she said "let me show you the area" and so she took me back. The $30 dollars section is a row of about 5-6 booths that have dividers at sort of shoulder high level. There are two "private" booths that a a bit larger in the back and there are "beads" that separate the two areas. There was no one there when we went back so we went for the $30 area.

Here's where I messed up. We agreed on the type of dance and an appropriate tip but I failed to ascertain whether or not the number of songs were included or not. She ultimately delivered the agreed upon dance but she drew out the number of songs, and some how the 4 songs we did stretched to five (second mistake, I did not ask after each song was done).

Here's where I place her in a borderline ROB category. When she pulls out her calculator to tell me the total for her dance (at which time the 4 dances becoming 5 was already a foregone conclusion) she says "don't forget my tip! I looked at her and said you already figured in your tip when you charged me $35 dollars in the $30 dollar dance room. She says, "oh, yeah". Then I pay her and she counts the money and says "you owe another $100". And I say, no, I counted it out and the amount I gave you was your calculated amount. Then she looks down on the ground and sees the $100 dollar bill that she had "dropped" and said "oh, never mind". By this time I was pretty pissed at her attitude and left fairly grumpy -- both because I managed everything so poorly be secondly because she did what she did at the end.

There appeared to be several other Latinas that were cute and I would have totally considered getting dances from them but because of this interaction, I just left the club. I hope that this review helps some of you not to make the same mistakes that I made and to watch out for this particular dancer.

I'm 20 and have gotten into Sensations, Dollhouse, and Wackos (With friends I'd) — what other spots or similar places can I get into?

I'm declaring Sins dead at least during the day. Went in the other day. The dude at the front window taking the cover even warned me, "we don't have a lot of girls today. " It was 3 in the afternoon. Maybe 4. The bartender said the dancers tend to come in around 7 or 8. So why be open during the day? It's practically only open to serve as a brothel, because no one is dancing and the few girls that are there immediately ask if you want to go to the back while rubbing the inside of your leg. I didn't catch the bartender's name but even she said she was down for some dances and gave me a sort of wink when she said she'd take care of me. While she has no boobs, she is still kinda cute in a chip-on-your-shoulder kind of way. I decided not to partake because I do happen to be a boob guy. The one girl with a nice set was already chatting up the ONLY other patron in there, so I left after 5-10 minutes.

Back in the day, Sins was comparable to Wackos imo. The girls were fine af and they weren't crazy strict about extras like they are over at Emperors. Now, its almost worth it to just put up with Dollhouse's weird smells and male bartender (why?

If anyone at Sins is reading this, I only have one suggestion: no cover during the day. Or if there are less than 5 girls, no cover. There's no motive for me to go back during the day to try my luck. I have had some really good, unforgettable experiences at 1 o'clock in the afternoon at sinsations but lately more often than not it's been the experience like the one I just stated above. But it's getting to a point where laying down 7 bucks just to go inside and see how meh it is, on top of the mandatory 6 dollar non-alcoholic soda is just wild. You never want patrons to leave disappointed but sometimes that happens. It's not in anyone's control.

But what is in your control is if we essentially have to shell out good money to feel such disappointment.

Yeah I can say the same. I like to go there for some quick fun during my lunch hour but the past few times have been no girls and like you, not into the no boobs bartender. I find the place to be too crowded for me at night but there are hotter girls that offer no extras in my experience. The Latin girls will for a high price so this may be shallow but I go for the older not so hot ones. They seem to offer more and generally don't nickel and dime every song as long as you don't take advantage of it.

On another note. Is Emps and Officers Club at the beach still a 1%er owned joint?
