    That there are men out there that will pay these amounts. So, the rest of us, who know that these "new" providers are not worth these amounts need to find other resources. When a provider tries to charge $200 for a CD, it has gone too far. The only solution is not to see them. They will either leave, or lower their rates. If they don't, then only the UTR's will be really busy.
