I can't answer your question directly, but I prefer to operate in a similar fashion. Generally what I do is ask for her contact info, and contact her directly, not the parlor. If a provider doesn't want to give me her number, she's not a candidate for that kind of relationship with me. If I'm going to rely on someone in this kind of high turnover business, I want to communicate with them directly.
