I suggest you tip well after your session, typically at an AMP like this you will be rewarded in future sessions if you are known to tip well, and treat the ladies with respect. I was just there yesterday and saw Summer again, she does a fantastic job!

I normally give them the full amount so they know what's up from the beginning, which I think makes things more comfortable, and causes less confusion right away. If they don't like the amount, then its up to you to increase, or promise to bring a more acceptable amount for next time. I don't like to pay more for someone that is new to me, as you never know if the service is good or not. I treat it as a case-by-case basis.

In most cases they will accept your offer instead of letting you leave, but obviously don't be a super cheapo deapo. Pay attention to recent average rates.
