The 2 SoCal duos I've written about this month (I'm on phone so too lazy to link). The first one in NYC with the "sisters", I was planning to but the cost and no BBFS had me a little sour; however, thinking back, it was one my top 3 all-time duos, porn style (just with condom but no switching covers). I've done a dozen or so duos over the years and most of them ended up being just like you described, rushed with little interaction between girls.
