I went back to check it out again. This time Coco was there and she gave a good massage.

No haggling after the flip and relaxing ending.

She is worth the 70 + 50.

As others have mentioned, the building is funky.

I'll also say I found the lack of signage to definitely be a benefit to privacy and longevity. Third floor walk up. Clean organized place. Warm in room. Adorable young girl. Unfortunately poor massage skills and quite greedy. Nothing here to make me return.
