I agree, it's really on you / us to get a clear understanding of the terms of engagement. Most of these girls have little appreciation for "business" and many are not good about communicating their expectations, so they will make assumptions. And then there are some who can be quite manipulative. I've made this mistake before. Half way through the cuddle the girl makes suggestions about her sexual needs and asks me to fuck her. The rest of the session proceeds accordingly, and when it's time to leave she says I owe her $250 for the extra service, even though she's the one who asked for it. I paid it, just to avoid any trouble, but I should have confirmed beforehand if it was going to cost me more.
