Anyone been to any of the fun spots since the new law was passed? It almost feels like the providers have to be protected.

I think the only one who's (probably) happy with the new Fairfax law is Baby Hua who has a interesting personality but is a very great lay. LOL.

    Fairfax City

Herndon and Vienna are towns located within Fairfax County, so the ordinance might apply to them. I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV. I hope any mongers who are lawyers can provide clarification.

I'm hoping Fairfax County doesn't become as dead as Montgomery County across the Potomac. Montgomery used to be hopping with American, Asian, and Eastern European MP's about 25 years ago until some do-gooder reporter on one of the local TV stations reported on the hobby, prompting Montgomery County to enact an ordinance that basically shut everything down. The only reliable source of HJ's nowadays in Montgomery County is an overweight Ukrainian GILF who's pushing 60 if not already there. She's been previously discussed in this forum.
That leaves the Pine Tree, Angel, and Garden triad untouched.

Wellness Spa and / or Mayca

I know everyone is still talking about the latest news but wondering if anyone has tried Wellness Spa (seems newish). I know one girl used to be part of that apartment chain that had attractive girls, but too much a rush (see my prior posts about it): https://www.rubrankings.com/united-s...aff-90056.html.

Or if anyone has seen Mayca. Tried contacting, but wasn't open about whether it's just her of if she's's part of a chain: https://www.rubrankings.com/united-s...fax-78510.html.

Fairfax City is an independent city

We KNOW there's no practical way to completely eliminate happy ending MP's.

That said, I will note that a County ordinance like this may or may not apply within Town of Vienna or Town of Herndon (do the Town's issue establishment permits, or the County? I'm pretty sure it's irrelevant within the City of Fairfax. TBH I've not personally paid close enough attention to posted permits in city or town or county spas to know for sure if the City issues permits, I would assume so since cities by state law are separate taxing authorities from their county while towns are not?

    Solution.

I have an idea about the Fairfax new law. Just put a cloak in front of where the door is and problem solved.

A new trooper in Woodbridge. Rt. One

Candy continues to give me head like the trooper she is. She is awesome. Can't remember when was the last time that I saw an Asian girl who gave me that level of crazy head. No one can beat her passionate non-stop head BJ skills. Spinner with small B cup. Her ass is small so if you're a guy who gets attracted to big butt then you might want to skip her. I prefer a girl following the direction well than having her own routine. She's a good listener. She's a GEM!

    Forever Wellness

Been meaning to come here for quite some time due to the reports of older providers. Called ahead and got Bibi. I'd say agree she's probably early 50's, fit body with B's and cute kinda of flat butt. Active and thorough TS right away, made sure my taint and ass were very clean. Lots of play on the flip side almost made me finish way early. Back tithe room for a mediocre kind of massage, allowed roaming throughout. Before the flip lots of light touch and tickling with her hair (which kind of made me laugh, how many other dudes before me also had her her everywhere). Allowed me to nurse ok her perky nipples, unfortunately put the cover on early for CBJ but got her on the table for my own thorough DATY and DATO. Very clean, shaved and tight. Eventually got in missionary and didn't last too long pounding her out. On cleanup she gave me a huge and touched me all over saying how much she enjoyed that. Met Grace on the way out, she looks great and can't imagine she's over 40 but you know how Asians are. FW a bit out of the way for me but I would def come back based on other reports for repeat visitors. $$ .40.

Yeah, its really unclear how this law applies to different circumstances. The new ordinance says "Massage establishments shall maintain main or primary entrance doors open to the public and unlocked during regular business hours. No main or primary entrance doors shall be equipped with any remotely controlled locked device. Entry shall not be controlled with a camera, intercom, and / or doorbell entry system. ".

What is a primary entrance door? If you get into a waiting area and there is no one there, a locked door, and a doorbell to summon someone up front, does that violate the ordinance? The main entrance was open, the back rooms are locked.

Also, what does non-locked doors achieve? Can law enforcement just walk in and start opening doors to massage rooms? Is there a reasonable expectation of privacy for customers?

Of course this is going to have a chilling effect, but how it all shakes out remains to be seen.

We'll see how this works out. I wouldn't be surprised if this makes it even more difficult to get a HJ, much less FS, at a Fairfax County AMP. Some businesses will shut down, others will move to private residences or extended stay places, and still others will relocate to nearby jurisdictions. Legitimate massage establishments, especially one-person shops, might also be adversely affected. Safety is a concern with the locked door policy.

One big problem with this new ordinance is this might drive the truly bad actors underground and make it more difficult to detect actual human trafficking. After all, there's plenty of gang activity in Fairfax County from MS-13 and other groups. But that doesn't matter to pressure groups, whether religious or secular, that want to keep the funding grants flowing. Score another victory for sex-negative do-gooders in their war on men.

    Yep! L1 Only

Looks like we'll all be going back to the Extended Stay Hotel visits. Hahaha!
