What would you recommend to do if that's not an option now and I'm trying to not let my spouse know (tests came negative but not sure if I screwed my urine test). My issue was I was uncovered and only had that plastic wrap like for a quick second.

Realistically, they are less effective than a condom at blocking transmission, and significantly more effective than nothing.
