Thanks for sharing. Do you or anyone know any other girls from EPM right now that would do BBFS? I can appreciate your concern, however, I've been doing this for over 20 years and have not exhibited any issues with the epithelial cells on my "sensitive parts". This is my understanding too. There's no medication that you can take to prevent it as a non-infected. We can take stuff for everything but HSV and HPV, if you're past the vaccine age.

The medication is for the infected to lower the chances of passing it on. If you never shown symptoms, you may not know and may passed it on. If you do know you have it and continued on without treatment, that's fucked up and selfish.

There are also doxy pep pills you can get prescriptions for, as well as Valtrex which greatly reduces the transmission of HSV-2 (Genital Herpes). You take doxy pep after, Valtrex before. One is for bacteria, the other is anti-viral. I'm not the best to ask about these options and maybe someone else can give better info. I have consulted different doctors PrEP for HIV but each one has consistently noted that I am at low risk because I don't partake in anal. I don't do bb all the time either. The risk is not zero, I am just not a serious risk in their opinion.

About genital herpes, most people end up asymptomatic or with very mild symptoms. So they often don't know they have it, but testing for antibodies will show it and it is possible to pass it on. About 1 in 8 people have it, so it is quite widespread.

It's actually even worse than this. Your calculations assume, as you stated, that you are dealing with bare back blow jobs from girls in the general population.
