There's your problem. If it's a SD / SB arrangement NEVER pay first. If they don't trust you it's not a SB. Payment first are for call girls and AMP's. I don't care if you had this never happen to you. Just don't do it. A true SD / SB thing should be almost like it's not needed. I agree with you assessment 100%. She was a regular of mine about 18 months ago, $350 a visit but for that rate I would expect more enthusiasm.
