The negative review you are referring to isn't for Madame Nikki. Unfortunately Nikki is a common name in BC market (there are 3) and the one that drew the negative review is little Nikki. This was cleared up in another post but you will have to go look to find it. I have never had an appointment with Nikki but I have met her and have had many conversations with her.
