It's impossible "confirm" their current health status, at the moment. Even if they got tested a week ago, how many loads from guys have then taken since then? You would have BBFS, immediately after they got clean test results back, but before they had any sexual contact with anyone again. That's obviously unrealistic and impossible, in 99% of cases.
