My post was not directed as an attack. I agree YMMV always. Every provider has good and bad days, I totally believe his report. It happens.

I just wanted to verify it was actually the "sexy redhead" due to the Sara slip-up. He did verify it was the 1 with glorious reviews and not the other red head that moved to BC.
