I was once caught in a raid of a Kamp in DeKalb county. I was lucky because I was waiting for my massage in the sauna room so the cops had nothing on me. After I got dressed, they asked me why I was there and I told them for a sauna and a massage. He checked my I'd and let me go w / o charging me with anything. With that said, if you are caught in a sting, I would suggest you follow what sugardaddy said. His advice is sound and unless minors are involved, you will probably be OK. Nevertheless, sometimes they want to make headlines knowing the charges are bogus and if that's the case, it's important to lawyer up and say nothing.

You can expect that the cops will get your name and address and that they will want a statement from you. After that, they'll probably let you go unless they catch you in the act, have been surveilling the place a while (and caught you in the act remotely), or are on a publicity hunt and looking to rack up numbers (or, more charitably, if they think they are saving "trafficking" "victims" In which case they may question or arrest you. Which is to say it's case by case, but as much about what the cops are trying to do as it is what they catch you doing.

In either case the best thing you can do is be calm, polite, and respectful to the cops, while not incriminating yourself or the girls working. You were there for a massage. That's what you tell the cops. Unless they catch in the middle of the act (in which case get a lawyer and tell them you are going to remain silent). If you are arrested you should assert your right to remain silent. The Supreme Court has said you must state that you are invoking the right, it isn't enough to simply remain silent. And you should assert that any and every time they ask a question. As the Supreme Court has said cops can ask about other crimes even if you assert your right to remain silent about all the previous crimes they've asked you about.

Also remember that, in Georgia, "Masturbation for hire" is a different crime than "prostitution" and it comes with less serious penalties. If you are caught in a way that makes it impossible to argue you were just there for a massage. You are at far less legal risk if you were there just for a L1 ending, or if you can convince them that's what was going on. But in the long run, both are misdemeanors. Unless you get caught with someone under 18 - and the cops are unlikely to want to put too much time and effort into those charges once they've gotten the publicity from the arrest.

Probably 20 yrs ago, up north. Mamasan kept the door locked, told us all to get dressed, then let them in. I was convinced we were going to get locked up. They didn't even ask for our I'd's, but again this was a long time ago in a very different city than Atlanta.
