Well I decided to take a chance and try Phoebe. Unfortunately it did not go well. Took ten minutes jacking around w the dog. Went to room, she was in and out a dozen times rifling through things, started hearing other voices. Started taking her clothes off, put them mostly back on. Everything covered, finally started a little tug start. Heard something, left room, came back and said I had to leave but she'd come too and find a spot. In and out 4 more times, exhaustive search for her phone, found it and then started looking for warmer clothes. I said you know what, just walk me out and she said OK. I didn't ask for refund and none was offered. Walked past a man and woman cooking at 2 am. I don't really think it was planned, I just think substances have gotten the better of her. Padlocks on bedroom doors, not a great situation. She seemed nice enough, if completely scatterbrained but at this time I can't recommend.
