Since an A-Tier girl is going to get graded S-Tier through B-Tier by most guys, you have to look at it pessimistically. If you are okay with a B-Tier girl, you're safe. It is always best to ignore/throw out the upper end ratings because it's better if you walk in pleasantly surprised she was better than described. The other way is disappointment, even if the review is honest. If you must have A-Tier, you have to figure that out carefully or be risk-tolerant. Yes, a 90min drive is really a stretch. If you must, try to get the earliest appointment or go weekend - book well ahead.

Just to give an idea of my experience, I'd equate a B-Tier girl 0 minutes away with an A-Tier girl 60 minutes away and S-Tier girl 120 minutes away. There are modifiers like our connection or if she is a unicorn. If we just close our eyes and wait a few weeks, an S-Tier or A-Tier girl does show up. That's what patience earns us.
