Mainly, I want to know what you use for reverse image search. I haven't gotten any hits from Tineye in forever. Google image search also. It particularly will also say it does poorly on faces. There is one from a Russian website I used once that was pretty good.

In fact, the reason they went to the selfie is they lost so many members due to the fake profiles, scammers that were ranvid in the past.

I believe the selfies have truly lessened the amount of fake profiles where catfish, scammers, were using stolen photos.

Almost every person I contact now on Seeking that is verified is real whereas in the past it was a 1 in 4 real profile ratio.

I am not sure where you see this, but even if that is on there, I would not worry. The mods are very laxed and lenient unlike with Seeking where you are banned or restricted.

This is going to be a big problem as time goes on. I have a couple of photos cut off just at the nose, to give the impression they are for my discretion. They are of someone who looks good and looks like me. When I updated my profile, something happened to these photos. I had one public, one private. Now, both are private, even though when I edit my profile, I have set both to public. When I click on the photos, I get this popup:

Not only do I have this problem, my main profile photo is just the grey silhouette, and now the button to share photos is gone. In the past 4 hours it was there though. This site is so glitchy, all kinds of stuff goes wrong. You block a profile but it still appears in search, etc. However, I don't want to complain, it will just attract attention from the mods that I don't want. I have two profiles on there, I've been able to keep them for a long time. I don't want to lose them, the requirements they are discussing will keep me and many other married guys off the site.

At first they were only requiring it from new accounts. But after about 8 weeks they started showing messages to older accounts at log in asking to get it done. Finally, they changed the message to say your profile will not be viewable by others until you verify.

The implications are clear: No more anonymous or unverified accounts. It's just my speculation, but I think the major force driving these new rules is that the site is hosted in the US, and so is subject to US Federal and State LE scrutiny, fueled by the FOSTA / SETSA bullshit laws. Other sites without these rules are hosted outside the US in countries where prostitution is either legal or at least decriminalized.

While I have certainly found a number of SB profiles belonging to escorts (use reverse image search, Dude), I have never encountered anyone who I thought might be a victim of trafficking. Nor have I ever met someone from Seeking who was not over 18 - and yes, I most definitely require they let me take a pic of their I'd when we meet before we get physical and before I provide any allowance.
