Actually I just texted with Maya about this. This is what she allowed me to post. "We've been so busy we can't verify people fast enough. " and "Some of them are trying to get appointments a month from now. I'm sorry but it's like first come first serve. I have to verify clients that want appointment today or tomorrow. ".

I personally think she's being very reasonable here. That's exactly how I would act in her place.

Another piece of advice to everybody trying to get verified. Maya is a female. She herself can flip but you better be nice (sounds like home, eh? LOL) If you start too business like or entitled: "Maya I want my MTV and I want it now!" this is going to drag on. "Maya, love, would you please verify me so I could see Aiza tomorrow at 5?" should get you to see Aiza tomorrow at 5 if that slot is still available unless this sentence would be the only thing that you'd send to her. Also, (surprise surprise!) those who provide more personal information get verified faster. The more privacy conscious you are the slower would be your vetting process. That make sense, don't you think, from Maya's perspective?

I mean, let's be frank here, her ladies are good and her price is right. It's supply and demand. Elementary Watson.

P411 got me in the door right away. I think different people cover that inbox at different times and it probably depends a little bit on who's covering when you send the message. I also think following Nrlmus's advice to say "hi, following up on my earlier message, I'd love to book <date / time with <model and I'm ready to provide the deposit" is a great idea.

And god bless her for it. Otherwise we'd all be priced out by whoever is paying those $800-2000 rates I see on tryst.

No issues with the deposit in this instance (regardless of the rancor in other unrelated threads). I was going under the impression that (one of the three options) getting referred by a current TER provider was first (which I supplied), then a deposit came second after the provider's reference was validated. As per the autoreply text from the published number. And whomever was on the other end of the chat did say that Maya would get back to me. Silence. Several times.

S'ok though. It would be an awesome alternative to the AMP / AAMP crapshow that the north shore has turned into lately. I'll keep trying. And thanks for you reply.

In fact I asked Kimmy a while back why, with popularity she enjoys nationwide, she just wouldn't go independent and collect all the cash for herself. My suggestion is to try to book an appointment with them. For example: "Hi, I never used your service before. I'd like to make an appointment with Jamie on Sunday at 4 pm (that's me by the way LOL). How would go about it?" Too many people ask general questions and disappear. Maya would probably ask you for the first timer deposit. If you don't want to pay it I advise you not to bother getting in touch with them. Not happening.

Anyone else having problems getting vetted by the BIE folks? I have reached out multiple times and get a "someone will get back to you soon. " reply, then radio silence..

Just to elaborate on this a bit farther. What deposit does is:

1. It insures that people actually show up. Many new people make appointments and then find themselves busy. Well, for some unbeknown reason paying a deposit would often unbusy them. Imagine that? Lmao.

2. It provides extra protection from LE who'd have to go through extra hoops in order to get approved for this that and the other. I'm not sure if it seals all air-tight (only abstinence does, really) but it definitely complicate matters a bit more for them.

3. Last April-May Maya asked me if I think she should just stop accepting new customers for a bit because it's all supply and demand, right, and when the demand outpaces the supply you got to put some breaks on in order to be able to keep up, or raise rates. I know that some girls have been pushing for that but Maya seem to be just fine with the way things are.
