This used to be Bella at Blue Ocean or Apple Thai but they're both gone at the moment, Bella possibly for good. That reminds me of a recent discussion in the Baltimore forum about services in Montgomery County. I've never been to Bethesda Therapeutic so I can't discuss what, if any, extras are available there. Keep in mind that Montgomery County officials have been hostile to mongers and providers since the early 2000's. I haven't been familiar with any European spas in Northern Virginia since a Russian place in the Rosslyn area closed down a number of years agp.

There's an individual Ukrainian provider named Luba, aka Marianna, who works out of a private residence in the Silver Spring / Wheaton area. I met her at an Eastern European spa in Silver Spring in the late 1990's, a few years before the crackdown started. It's been more than 20 years since I last saw her but she's still advertising. If you go, expect a curvy, talkative woman well into the GILF age range with a limited service menu (HJ and between her tits). You can find reviews in the Montgomery County forums. Keep in mind that despite what the ad says, Luba is pushing 60 if not already there.
