Having visited multiple C-orgs, most if not all of the places looks / feels a bit dirty. From unkempt floors in some to dirty bathrooms / tubs in nearly all of them. Are K-orgs better in this regard? Are they usually located in an apartment / high-rise? I have been reluctant to get into K-orgs because of the screening requirements.

K-orgs have always been clean and tidy. Never been to a C.
