I had a visit with Pepsi on Friday (26th) and during that visit she conveyed to me that she is being evicted and has to move by Oct 8. She indicated that her neighbors have been complaining about too many people coming and going from her apartment. She even brought up an image of the eviction notice on her.

I have no idea if those neighbors are doing any kind of tracking of who is coming and going. But thought I would share for anyone concerned.

When I see her this weekend, I will try to convince her to set up permanent residency in Southern California and change her call sign to "LA Pepsi". Haha!

In case it helps anyone, the diameter measurements for Sagami condoms are 55 mm girth for Sagami regular, 58 mm girth for Sagami L, 61 mm for Sagami XL. Sagami are slightly bigger than Okamoto, which is 53 mm regular and 56 mm L. So Okamoto is 1/2 size down. The bigger sizes are much longer too. This is why guys might report fitting one brand slightly better than another. Sagami condoms are cheaper in bulk, and I heard the XL is only available in 002 and up but haven't looked into it more than that.

I use the sagami. 01 L and I have some. 02 . I couldn't really tell the difference but I really like the condoms. My mistake was buying the okamoto regular size and 2 out of 4 broke. Definitely get the large if your average size. Great advice.

Hope Pepsi's new apartment does not share a common hallway or faces another apartment door, she'll have the same problems. Hope her new place has a lone door, sort of like what Asian Alice has. I bit the bullet thanks to DownloadX's post previously on 001 condoms. I will say they are 100% worth. They will level up your GFE experience, and help you save on the upcharge girls if you don't want to spend the extra cash. Highly recommend.

Some friends need bigger condoms, so I'll attach images for Sagami 002 L size and Sagami 002 XL size. 001 has an L size, but I have heard XL is only in 002. Not sure. What's the size difference? Well, a regular Sagami condom is 55mm width and 170mm length. It's a bit smaller than default US condoms. The L size is 58mm and 190mm. The XL size is 61mm and 190mm. So L is bigger in girth and length, while XL is even bigger girth.

Okamoto regular size is 53mm width and 170mm length, so a tiny bit smaller girth than Sagami regulars. Okamoto L size is 56mm and 19mm, also a tiny bit smaller than Sagami L. Lately with 150 and even 200 bb upcharges, you can see 001 flying off the shelves. Sometimes, they are even flying through mid-air for free bb. Condoms are a good thing because not every girl wants to do bb a lot (but is still willing to do it as needed). So it is a good compromise to invite more HYA in the long-run too.

As I've said, on ebay if you find a reliable seller who does in-person pickup, you can pick it up personally. If you like them, they can give you contact to buy and skip the middleman. Hope this helps.

Eviction is the goal. The only thing normal people care about is quiet. A landlord's motivation is to do it quietly without hurting their rent value. So they will use threats but just want one tenant to leave and a new one to come. They actually want tenants to forget and move on, not say anything to the next tenants.

Who is recording? There are no cameras at the apartment complex, and the neighbor doesn't have a doorbell camera either. She's already leaving soon, so there's no point in the apartment complex making a fuss about it and attracting attention. And the authorities don't usually go after individual providers, they go after an organization. To me, it seems like there's little to zero risk of any raid in the next week.

I might be the odd fish in the pond, but I didn't like Boa, and Pepsi has been downhill. Also, with the report of her getting evicted, most likely they have recorded you, and it is not going to surprise me if she gets raided soon.

They're not houses; they're apartment complexes. If you don't feel comfortable upon exiting, walk up the street to the next complex / gas station / mart and get your return Uber there.

They are locales in apartments, so you can roam around. Also you can schedule your Uber and be easy waiting when your time is up.

Not a house. LTLV is not one place where you show up. Same with all the k-agencies in town.

Girls are spread around different apartment complexes mainly around Chinatown area. Spring mountain and Decatur or within a mile or 2.

You make the appointment with the booker for the girl you want he tells you where to go. You show up at the apartment complex. Check-in. He tells you the apartment number when the girl is ready.

You could uber once you know. But the car service from the agency is much better and from what I hear (never used it myself) - is cheaper than uber or a cab. You will have to ask the booker and arrange it with them.
