Have done both. Depending on the provider, sometimes you can get them same day and they're happy to fill a spot that was vacant so they're making money. Others will only do in advance since they have to work around a real job or roommates, etc. The biggest rule is not to send deposits ahead of meeting. Only pay for services you've received. Too many have sent money ahead of time only to never meet the provider.

Also, what is AM? Are you meeting girls from OF and AM? Or is that all just online video and chat?
