To add to what KrDoggy mentioned, adultwork to search for women, then https://www.ukpunting.com/ to search reviews. IIRC, it will cost a little bit of crypto for a year membership. Figure out the region where you're going to aid searches. Slang is a bit different so that will take a minute to figure out. I spend about half my time in London, and make side trips to various parts of Europe. Sex is great there and mostly above board.
