I just moved from Dallas and looking to check out the Studio scene up here. Tech bro drops knowledge. This is a domain name system issue, DNS. Some DNS servers don't have their site in their directory. Your DNS is assigned based on your ISP. Home vs cellular vs random wifi hotspot you may get different DNS servers. Solution is to set DNS manually: android settings, set private dns to dns.google . IPhone you need an app to change dns while on cellular: How to Change DNS for Cellular Data.

I've noticed on my iPhone that Safari has trouble accessing the site. Opens fine on Chrome.

This is something on your end. I have no issues reaching AP or KA or any other site and only do so from vpn anyway. I've been accessing them from the east coast regularly and just got back to town last week. No way to know how your phone or computer is set up ao assist any more but it's not the site.
