Were you reading TER? One reason I don't read TER to make decisions is the descriptions are not accurate enough. As for parking, no. It's exactly the opposite. Most of the locations in LA at best require street parking (sometimes paid, sometimes free) or you get lucky and the agency gives you a slot inside the building somewhere. From what I can remember, if you go past 9 or 10 PM, you can park in the loading section which I did a few times seeing some DTLA Milfs.
