Yes! This advice is absolutely great and will keep you as safe as possible if you follow it. There are so many fake pics and profiles on all the sites these days but there are a lot of real girls too. And a lot of real girls using old / outdated or fake pics, especially the older girls.

-There has been a ton of OF girls / scammers posting on sites like Tryst and PD over the past year. You can usually tell by the number and kinds of pics they put up on their profile (overly filtered / airbrushed or with crazy poses, elaborate backgrounds like they'd post on OF).

-If the only contact info they post is an OF account or telegram and ask that you message on there major scammer red flag. If you see that don't even bother its a scam 100% of the time.

-Other things I look out for are the ads that look like they are of different girls / profiles but have the exact same text / language / formatting. Usually some kind of foreign massage ad and all clearly written by the same person making a bunch of different accounts with different pics. Been seeing a ton more of these over the last year on sites like PD.

-Definitely do at least some very basic research before meeting. Google their name, number, socials etc and reverse image their photos, look at review sites (if they've been around for a while they will most likely have had multiple names / numbers they use over the years). If you see multiple ads for the same person for the same dates across the country its likely a scam. How is the same girl simultaneously in New York, Dallas and LA? Its either an agency or scammer.

-Look at the the going rates for the other providers in the area. The ones that are way below what you'd expect for the area are more likely scammers or desperate druggies. If you see an ad for a girl that's super hot 10/10 and she's charging 200 to meet up in a major city that should be big red flag.

-Be careful with review sites too. Some are better than others but a lot can be misleading. A lot of sites, especially PD let the girls remove any negative reviews if they want so only the ones visible are the really good reviews. Specifically for sites like PD, if you see an ad for a really hot girl that's been on the site for a while (like 2 years or more) but they have no reviews or a really low number of reviews then there's something wrong. Not always but it usually means the girl is either a scammer, upcharger, provides shit service, etc and the only reviews she's getting are the bad ones that she deletes / hides.

-Don't ever send a deposit. Way too easy for scammers to get some quick cash or even a girl that's real or you've even seen before. Once you open that door of sending money in advance of meeting it will be insanely hard to close it and the incentive is for the girl to keep hitting you up to send money without meeting. Never sending deposits will weed out a lot of scammers (they love cashapp and Venmo because they are basically untraceable and you can't get money back from them if you get scammed) PayPal and zelle aren't as popular with scammers but they are starting to use them more as their rules get more relaxed.

-Experience varies widely from girl to girl, from city to city and even with the same girl at different times in their lives. Don't ever take anything for granted and always keep your guard up, even with girls you've seen before or have known for years. Do not pay any deposits. The only time I was scammed, they asked fir a 15 $ deposit. I oaid it, they then gave me a random address which I went to as it was nearby.
