I'm impressed that they're leaving the ads up, especially as they say, "south bend casino". Typically, they pull the ads immediately, then repeat the process at some point later on. That's how it's done down in Polk County in FL, where the sheriff has a long standing, years-long practice of doing these sensational stings every 3-4 months with cutesy little 'operation' names, along with media events for the television cameras, even putting the ads in other states, trying to lure in as many victims as he can. The typical number they shoot for is 100 arrests, then they call it quits until the next time.

The way it's being done here tells me they're more interested in deterrence rather than punishment and the smart play, indicating they actually want to stop the activity, or at least keep it out of the casino.
