Stacks, one thing I've learned is that if I pick a "dud"; I just "took one for the team". It has happened to me from time to time, but I just "suck it up" and keep it moving. I guess she was disappointed with the donation even though her performance was less than stellar, but she finished the job. Give her the "standard donation", and just don't choose her again. It was a couple weeks ago I might have the wrong name, but I think she said her name was Rachel. Kind of a round face probably around 30 years old. We settled on head for standard. She mentioned she hadn't eaten in a while so I offered to buy her something to eat before. That did things in. After she ate she reverted to wanting to sleep in my card and to medicate. I wasn't going to let that happen, so when she complained she was too tired from being up for 3 days straight to perform I took her back and sent her on her way.

Nice girl who seems really desperate to get off the streets. Yeah, they're all desperate but she seemed like she her nerves are fried and is at her wits end. I get the sense she's be inclined to actually go through with a detox plan if the chance were presented to her but she's so institutionalized by the streets she wouldn't even recognize it if it were in front of her. I'm actually glad that it didn't happen because she seemed like she was practically suicidal. Rather spend a couple dollars feeding someone than giving someone the cash they use to end themselves.

Cheeks just gave a small glimpse into her life. Her addiction is so strong even when someone tried to murder her she stayed on the streets working to get high. After almost realizing what was said, which was horrible, I ran to the nearest clinic. No, I don't have state insurance. That's a sin from my upbringing. The only true government assistance is keeping a job.

I got a test done. After reviewing my notes, I can calmly write that after seeing the results and reading the comments, everything is okay.
