I let the little head do the thinking for me and I got taken downtown. It was the first time I was ever arrested. Yes, I was able to get my records sealed after I did what the judge sentenced me to. I passed a couple of background checks after my records were sealed, and it's been all good ever since.

Oh, and BTW, that BS people tell you about a decoy not walking far from one spot is BS. I saw her and I wasn't looking that night. I drove a mile down the road when Mr. Happy just wouldn't stop with my desire for her, she was exactly my type. I turned around and drove back. I found her. She had walked four blocks away from where I had first seen her. When she swore to God she wasn't a cop and may God strike her dead with lightning if she was, she gained my trust. Yes, exact words.

I caught a misdemeanor in something loosely related to the hobby (not a sting. It's a long story). If pre-trial diversion is out of the question, once the case is closed and you're done with probation or whatever punishment, your lawyer can give you paperwork to get the record sealed. I think that will cost around $300 plus whatever your lawyer charges. It has to be sealed for some period of time, like several years, then it can be expunged. While it's sealed, it doesn't show up when people search the county court's website but might still show up on background reports.

Also, once that's on your record, you're no longer a first-time offender so you have to be extra careful (or give up the hobby altogether if you can).

I believe you are referring to Pre Trial Diversion, idea is they drop the charge if you complete a round of community service and pay fines, maybe do some STD and drug screens. As for expungement you'd want to talk to a lawyer ASAP to get the ball rolling on getting any public records sealed. Best of luck.

You ain't lying I had me a mature 50+ year old in lake Nona I used to pay a bill of two (150 max a month) for exchange of service she never took money, she was single mom and only had 4 dudes she said if each one pays a bill all I have is my rent unfortunately she got a high paying job and retired.

Another one was on Lee vista she also retired a few years back so if you know anyone let a brotha know.
