Arrived a bit early and the manager lady came out with a very pretty dark haired girl {the manager works to} I couldn't resist.

I saw the article mentioning minors but don't think it means they were servicing minors. I think probably they had children with them at the same location they were offering services. Probably their own children that happened to be at the place of business if I were to make a guess.

I not assuming anything and we may never know the truth.

I used to go to a spa in the tri sometime very busy and some guys coming and going I would have to have seen some I D.

As far as aroma is concerned I've never seen their children in there.
