Was it your first time with her? I've never gone there and not had it be an ordeal to get in. The last three times I went there was a big black guy either at the door, in the parking lot, or in the room. She is a cool lady but the communication is brutal. It's awful standing there and knocking to get screamed at through the door while housekeeping is eyeing you down.
