I met Erin at Elsa. That spa is huge. Got to be at least 7 rooms but just 2 girls working. I was there early afternoon and Erin asked me if it was an "America holiday" because I was the first customer of the day. I was there slightly more than an hour and was not disturbed. I did the standard 2 bills at the start asking for 1 hour, I was told multiple times 1 more bill was needed and I was getting annoyed and almost walked. I normally would not post and complain but, for average service with a hard upsell it was barely worth the drive. I told the phone person that is great for them but I won't pay extra like those people for lesser service than everywhere else. You decide what you want out of a visit and whether this place is for you but I won't be back.
