After reading through the thread a bit it seems they don't really have an answer for it at this time. Seemed to mostly say "we're working on a solution but can't tell you what cause bad actors will get around it" or "the problem isn't as bad as you think, we have data to prove it". Disappointing but somewhat understandable I guess, if their team is as small as the post leads you to believe with the amount of areas they serve it would be an overwhelming problem to manage.

Just glanced through the thread so maybe there was some elaboration I missed but it seems like the problem is here to stay for now.
