I know the drill. You win some, you lose some. I tend to do a lot of research before I go, and I've been very lucky in my experiences elsewhere, but I guess my luck ran out. Emerald Spa was one of my worst experiences, although I'm sure others have had far worse. Was shown to a room by a very plastic looking older lady, and I was hoping I would not get her.
