What do you guys normally pay? I'm new to the "hobby' and I assumed $$ on top of the $80 was normal.

It depends. Last time I was at ET in Orlando, Mammasan insisted upon $240.00 for everything up front; no negotiations and well worth it. In fact she cheated herself as I would have tipped more. Some top tier places like Eastern in Sarasota, get $80.00 house and $200.00 tip because they can. Personally, I'm glad the marketplace provides options. Like restaurants, sometimes a Taco Bell drive through does the job, but sometimes you've got to have Ruth Chris'.
