I have not been to Angel for at least 8 months. Stopped in and got an attractive gal. During massage I did rub her legs and her ass which she moved away from quickly. Except that Red Leaves and Serene A are not inside the Powell City limits so not in their PDs jurisdiction. New Massage One more used to be 100% legit and owned by a Licensed Massage Therapist. The other place that does HE is new and started off totally legit. Opened originally as Sun Reflexology but recently changed the name to K massage spa, which appears to be the MO recently where new places open up and are legit, gaining a bit of a reputation then get sold to new owners that start doing HEs.
