If there is any mention of a gift card then move on down the road. I ran into an Asian lady that was trying this and she advertised almost exactly the same way. Wanted me to purchase gift cards from eBay as payment. And then tried to get me to take pictures of the cards and send them before I was given an address. I said sorry not happening. I said I'll hand you the card when I arrive for the massage. Needless to say it's a scam. Just a heads up. So far I haven't had any luck around Myrtle Beach for a long time. Even the legit massage places are not what they used to be.

Sun to Spa Massage.

So I ran into this really good massage place it's around Little River. Close to Highway 9 and 31. A little strip mall. It may not offer extra but they do an awesome massage and it's worth every penny. A foot massage is included with the one hour and the lady knows her business. I would suggest if you're looking for a really good massage that'll leave you feeling well to stop by this place and she takes appointments she's open from 10:00 until 9:00.

I would be curious if anybody else has a good out of the way legit massage place that's not in the mall and not a chain store.

I tried Sun enough over the years to decide, like you, that it was never going to be anything more than "just a massage". That said, I didn't feel it was worth going that far just for that, and I didn't like the curtains only privacy. Even for legit, I don't need to be on display.

Regarding your ask, there's JG massage in NMB. Decent Chinese massage in kind of a unique building. There was a girl there who would get *very* handsy, but she apparently left, but it's still a good massage with maybe a few brushes. Also, I would say Chen's massage (I believe it is called now, though it used to be (yet another) "Q" This is just past the Starbucks across from backgate. There's always been a tall, elegant Chinese lady there who gives a good massage (0 tease in my experience though).
