Doubt they care about looks. Never been insulted and always taken care of.

Agree mostly they are focused on the $$. It is a job to them. If you are are not a jerk and treat them well, they will respond the same way.

The place is upstairs of the old Subway shop. Locked door at the top of the stairs with a doorbell.

It looks like converted office space, there's what clearly used to be a reception area out front.
