I was in a rarely visited part of town at Crossroads off 23, so I pulled up Paradigm's trusty map and saw that both New Spa and Hongxing were in the area and offer standard service. Drove by New first and it appeared to be a ghost town. Didn't get close enough to see if actually opened or not, but I diverted to Hongxing instead.

It's located directly next to a busy bar and is a little hard to find. Once I entered, a very old woman with not great English comes up and escorts me into a room.
