Sorry it has been a month since I visited, so some of the details are a bit fuzzy. After seeing all the hype I decided to try Shelbyville for myself. It was a Friday at around 1 pm. I called Top 1 before I departed to see if they were busy, the lady on the phone said they weren't busy. I got there and I was met by an older lady, she brought me to a room and told me to wait 30 minutes (she also brushed up against junior). I politely left and called Rose Spa down the street. She said they weren't busy either so I went to check it out. I was greeted by an older lady (50's) with very frizzy hair in a short skirt (Cindy). I paid the house fee ($60) for an hour and was escorted to a room. It had bars built into the ceiling so I knew it was going to be at least a legit massage. I was told to strip and wait for 5 minutes. At that time I heard a male coughing in the room next to me. I'm not sure if there was more than 1 person working or not. I never saw anyone other than the fizzy haired lady. After a few minutes she came back in and asked me what pressure massage I wanted. I opted for medium. She started with a towel covering me so my hopes weren't high, but I think the towel was for using her feet on my back. After a while she got the oil and removed the towel. It seems the only times I go there now is if the boss pays. My regular would probably give me a beating if I skipped her to try another and I can't hardly make it happen twice in a weekend any more.
