They are an appointment only shop, not staffed unless they know someone is coming. Limited happiness, at least at first, because of local pressure.

Very very rare in MA. I know about Holistic in Revere, and I want to say there's a place in Chelmsford or around that area, but I don't recall exactly. Checking those area forums (Lowell and Lawrence) would give more info. I think there's one in Cambridge as well, on Second St, if they are still there.
