When I caught her it was maybe 11:30 am on a weekday. She said she just came out 20 minutes before I picked her up. That isn't 100% consistent though, because I've been by around that time like a dozens times since and I've only seen her I think twice.

If you like the short ones, Mally is 100% worth a visit. Costs more than street but you can relax not looking out the window for problems.
