BTW G. Amy's and Anna's upgrade pricing is higher than typical for some services. For example Amy charges $ for CIM, which is typically included in the GFE. Anna's COP is $ . 5 instead of $ but can be potentially bundled with COF for no additional charge. Neither offered Greek if that's your thing.
