I think it's important to distinguish between two distinct (but not mutually exclusive) scenarios:

In regards to $10 k / month, can someone versed in accounting / finance want to walk me through how that happens? If we assume it's all cash, that's quite the feat. I know there's businesses that process many times that in cash, but the debits and credits still need to add up.
