Dude got impatient because Dude didn't want to wait, Dude usually knows when his talent works at said place, said talent is with prior customer. Place doesn't want to lose fee so they converse in foreign language, dude mistakes foreign language for argument. Etc. I experienced this multiple times usually in the mist of Awesomeness. I think "standard pricing" means different things to different people. It might just be easier to list what you paid to avoid the hassle of a full inbox in the future.

FWIW, I agree with you. Search the forums when you need some info, ask only when you can't find it. Getting users to do that is a different story. .
