Somehow I finally got through but it wasn't the smoothest experience. Agreed on a time then when en route, got a text asking if could come a little later as she had to prioritize someone who had paid a deposit. 2 hrs later I was finally given access (as mentioned in another post, it's been a long time coming so I was persistent).
