I don't think there are any strolls in Northern Anne Arundel County. Your closest option is the section of Washington Boulevard AKA Route 1 that connects the Northern part of Halethorpe to Baltimore City (Morrell Park specifically). Brooklyn / Curtis Bay and the area surrounding Wilkens Avenue are a little bit further away, but also have large numbers of SW’s.
