Generally they let them serve their time in one county, tell them they're going to be released, process them out and then unbeknownst to them the next county is waiting in the lobby for them when they walk out the door. It's all worked out in advance. The crazy thing was that her previous trouble was in Alamance county. Hopefully whatever she got caught doing didn't violate her parole in Alamance, or they'll be next in line.
